Our Preorder Collection gives you access to styles before they arrive in stock! These are pieces that are currently on order with our vendors and are available for purchase before they reach Kody Ray Boutique.

Please read before placing your preorder:

🤍 Estimated Turnaround Time (TAT): The estimated turnaround time is listed in each product description. These timeframes are provided by our vendors and are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping delays can occasionally happen, and we truly appreciate your patience if they do.

🤍 Payment: All preorders must be paid in full at checkout. This allows us to reserve your item and place our order with the vendor.

🤍 Shipping: Your order will ship as soon as your preorder arrives to us. If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items have arrived. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

🤍 Sizing: Please carefully review sizing information before ordering. Because preorder items are ordered specifically for our customers, exchanges may be limited depending on inventory availability.

🤍 Cancellations: Once a preorder has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed after our vendor order has been submitted.

🤍 Vendor Delays: While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, delays due to manufacturing, weather, shipping carriers, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur. We promise to keep you updated if anything changes.
