Refund policy

At Kody Ray Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, makeup, and stains, with all original tags attached.
• Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Preorder items
• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories (including hats, jewelry, claw clips, keychains, etc.)

Refunds

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the incorrect item or a defective item was received.
• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
