Cancellation policy

READY TO SHIP ITEMS
Ready to Ship orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

PREORDER ITEMS
All Preorder purchases are FINAL SALE. Preorders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified once the order has been placed.

Estimated arrival times listed for Preorder items are provided by our vendors and are estimates only. Vendor delays or changes to the estimated arrival date do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

ORDERS CONTAINING BOTH
If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Preorder items, your entire order will ship once all items have arrived unless separate shipping is purchased.
